Manage Engine ADAudit is the real-time Windows Auditing software which very important at the present time. You can track authorized and unauthorized Active Directory management changes, access of users, Group Policy Objects(GPO), groups, computer, Organizational Unit(OU), track every file, folder modifications, access and permissions changes. Also can be set up emails alerts, and also export the results to xls, html, pdf and csv formats.
To configure Windows file servers follow steps below:
Log in to ADAudit Plus’ web console and click on the File Audit tab -> Select Windows File Server from under the Configured Server(s) then Click on Add Server.
Select File server from the wizard:
Select Share from the wizard:
ADAudit Plus can automatically configure the required audit policies and object-level auditing for Windows file server auditing. Click ok to finish. :
To look Audit logs follow steps below: File Audit-> File Audit Reports
You can also add File server cluster to ADAudit Plus: File Audit -> Select Windows File Server from under the Configured Server(s) then Click WIndows File Cluster:
